click on the "user CP" button in the l/h corner,then select edit avatar.

you can then choose one from the 100 or so there,or you can upload one from your PC or where ever.

got mine curtiousy of bert!

Go to your photo editing (whichever one you use) open up your picture at the top where it says file edit help etc there should be one that says image click on that then it will be either adjust or resize (both do same) just type in the pixel size in the boxes then save, and there you have it.
