Autocom - customer service

My Autocom has developed a fault, one of the ear-speakers has become intermittent. After a bit of jiggling of wires I decided that it was a broken connection in the headset extention lead.

Phoned Autocom (and as usual the girl who answered could deal with everything, no being passed from pillar to post) and explained the problem. Straight away she admitted that there had been a bad batch of leads and that she would immediately replace both mine and the pillion extention leads together with the 'spider' bit that goes in the helmets. She had missed the post for that day but they would go out first thing after the Bank holiday.

As usual, first class service from Autocom.:yo:
