Proly gonna put the mockers on myself now, but due to a financial deal I am entering into I had to have a medical today ( cos before Christmas I was diagnosed with extremely high BP and almost Morbidly obese ( I went up from an average 15 stone to 19 when I gave up smoking )

Wellll, today my BP was down to 140/85 pulse rate 68, and now down to 17 stone .. Still a fat bastard but still heading in the right direction !

Quack was like a little happy bunny... He gave me a clean bill of health and said chances are I would make it to the end of the week at least LOL !

So folks, looks like I shal be around to bore you all shitless for a little while yet ! :neenaw: :neenaw: :k
