Certainly needs a higher car
Obviously it has become self aware, locked the doors and has kidnapped the driver, whose only option is to escape via the sunroof.
In the picture you can clearly see that the car has realised this and is now accelerating/decelerating violently in the hope of ejecting him.
If that doesn't work then it will activate the sunroof closure mechanism and decapitate him.
Beware autonomous EV's . They're out to getcha.

As it happens it was repeatedly accelerating and decelerating almost to a stop on a National Speed Limit road - it is believed they may have been filming a video. Ironically they will now be appearing in one at Sussex Police HQ.
