Now here's class service - week or so ago the reg/rec unit on my Bird popped. Jaws got the replacement to me by return of post - John turning his day upside down and turned around from his way to the BMF show to get me going again. I didn't think that customer service like that really existed! Bike back on the road in under 24 hours from phone call.

Better than that the part was a gnat's-whatsits over half the price of the Honda reg rec that the local dealer would have to back order from Japan.....

Bloody hell, you must be the first person ever to have had a decent sevice out of the shark from Norfolk. Its always a case of


I sent it a week ago, you must have had it by now,

Bloody Parcel Force, you cant rely on them for anything

or wait till tomorrow, it will be there

only joking....


I just wish that the rest of the British mail order industry managed to achieve a tenth of Jaws brilliant efforts to make his custmers happy, the wold would be a far happier place!
