Now here's class service - week or so ago the reg/rec unit on my Bird popped. Jaws got the replacement to me by return of post - John turning his day upside down and turned around from his way to the BMF show to get me going again. I didn't think that customer service like that really existed! Bike back on the road in under 24 hours from phone call.
Better than that the part was a gnat's-whatsits over half the price of the Honda reg rec that the local dealer would have to back order from Japan.....
