Car insurance is due up next month!! gets a "renewal quote" from my current company, it's gone UP from ?260 full shit, to ?533 
as they got the details of an accident wrong!! TWICE!! they only included 1 years NCB instead of 4, as it was a "no fault" accident to us :}
Tina calls them up and points out their "error's" and they come back with a "revised quote" due to a "technical error" of ?348 one payment,!!
so gets on the "puter" and bashes out me "details" to all and sundry company's, best came back as ?234 with the same stuff as we have on the policy now, ?280 on the drip!!
so I call "my" company back and point out they have been beaten on like quotes by 16 different company's, what are they going to do about it!!
talk about bullshit, on line quotes different to phone etc!! so says I well I'm here on the phone now and I'm sat in front of my "puter" LOOKING at YOUR quote, and it's STILL feking over the top, what yer gonna do about it?? :rant:
ten minutes later, price matched,!!
AMAZING innit?? why couldn't they just come out with the right price without all the pissing about trying to screw you to the floor!!, thanks for that say's I oh!! btw I'm going with the competition as they haven't feked me about and LIED to me
so todays lesson, don't take the first quote from a bunch of twats trying to screw you, get the pillocks to match the price, then tell em WHY your still going!!! and don't forget to write and tell their "management" why they lost another customer!! :}
