Once saw David Blaine do a similar trick involving glass. He stopped at a cafe with tables outside and got a young girl to pick a card out of a pack, look at it with her mum, and replace it. He showed the pack to verify the cards were different and then suddenly threw the cards at the cafe window. They went everywhere - but one stuck to the glass. Her card of course, but when she went to take it off the window, it was on the inside.

Now, all tricks must have a logical explanation as I found out at the age of 29 3/4 that there is no such thing as magic. So I guess someone must have viewed the chosen card from within the cafe with binoculars or something, and then just adhered a matching card to the glass from inside - all eyes were on the scene outside so deception could easily have gone unnoticed.

Still haven't sussed out how this blokes trick works yet though....... :h :dunno: :h
