We're Going........
on the Monday (27th January) to avoid the weekend crush. Went last year on the opening day and it was phooking murder....you couldn't move around.....let alone see anything !!!!!
Anyone else fancy meeting up on the Monday ???

Will Probably Go By........
car !!!! (Oh God...what am I saying) !!!
Due to the quantities of goodies my Missus plans to buy I think the 'Bird would be a little over-laden for the ride home !!!!
We parked up for free last year and ferried the purchases back to the car once every hour !!!!.....and now she has her OWN bike I can see me needing a bl**dy Transit van to fetch it all home !!
So do we think a meet on the Monday sounds good ?

Soon as i'm back at work i will try to book the monday off, dont know if the missus will come as she gets a bit bored with shows after the first 2 minutes, will keep you posted

After 29 years of biking I've got used to being wet,cold, wind-blown etc. And I absolutely refuse to put HARD LUGGAGE on me 'Bird......so the car it is for Ally Pally !!!!
Take Care Out There (and pack the waterproofs) !!!

I'll be going, but not on the bike unless it's dry 'cos I'm a
dry weather rider who averages 16k miles a year, rides regluary throughout mainland Europe and has been riding 22 years. I also have a nice new warm car with climate control and heated leather seats to sit in when it's pissing down with rain and fookin freezin, so if you fancy meeting up with a few FAIR WEATHER RIDERS, there'll be a few of us there. I'll let you know ehen we're going.

I'm afraid i very much doubt if i'll be riding there, probably be going by train,dont fancy gettin frezzing cold and wet, and also the train has the added advantage that you cant be done for being drunk in charge of a train seat. Which reminds me, is there normally a bar there?

There is but it's a rip off. If ya going by train, there is a shuttle bus that takes
ya to and from the entrance. There are 1/2 pubs around the station.

Meet up times ????
Trace and me will be there early(ish) .....around 9 o'clock.... to give us time to be ripped off for breakfast !!!!! I think the show opens at 10 so anyone else fancy spending a fortune with us in the Ally Pally food court on a soggy egg and bacon sandwich ??:}

Yeah Monday sounds good to me...................EdCBRCastrol - yep there's a bar in each corner which is the only reason I go! Coming so soon after the NEC you've normally seen all the new stuff already...............it's better for bargains though............

Great stuff .. looks like we are gonna outnumber the Friday lot !
Nutter will be coming too, so that is about 10 of us !!
I would recomend we set a meet time of 11.00. That should give everyone enough time to arrive.
As for the meeting spot, how about this.
When you first arrive, you get your tickets at the booth(s) in the food court.. You will then go to the right of the food court and up that wide corridor that leads to the halls.
I reckon we meet near the door to the halls actually IN the corridor.. I will be wearing a daffodil in my left ear..
Errrr... maybe not.... !!
Ok, I shall don a superblackbird cap ( its a black one so my head will be travelling slower than the rest of me :f )
Nutter will be coming too, so that is about 10 of us !!
