I personally prefer the Gerber - model deluxe, forget the other ones: you can flick it open with one hand, very very handy when your other hand is busy grabbing something. Also the pliers can be used really hard, when you do so with the Leatherman it really hurts because of the way the handles are made (but the most recent Leatherman addressed that)
