Why would I leave. It’s a good deal? I left and rejoined when we moved house some time back. No issues at all. They treat us well in the beautiful south.

I had virgin for years in my last house, when we moved here there was no cable so I went back to sky, I asked virgin to send me a final bill, they did & I paid, two months later I received another bill from them for £153 (my monthly bill was never more than £80) I phoned them (another farce getting to speak to somebody who spoke English) & was told that my final bill was a miscalculation, I pointed out that my final bill was worked out at £102 due to full month (which I’m convinced I’d paid already) & part month so where’s this extra £153 come from, told them to get stuffed & sue me if not happy, received a couple of threatening letters & phone calls from a debt collection agency, ignored them & they went away.

If you are thinking of getting Netflix
There is a workaround which enables you to pay much less

using a VPN it’s possible to register in a different country for example USA or China ... experiment which is cheapest at the time ... then set up a direct debit
Then turn off the VPN or back to UK, while signed in to Netflix
You get all the uk supplied channels AND if you wanted you can use the VPN to watch ‘any’ Netflix channel which isn’t showing in uk
