I met a guy reversing in a similar situation on motorway where they missed the slip road.

Coming back from a Bedwatch at St James Hospital in Leeds we saw a guy cycling on the M1 near junction 41, it was 8pm & the guy had no lights on.

I was on a country road Tuesday evening and it was dusk. Guy on crutches plodding along, well out on the road, in dark clothes.
