Sorry it took a while to reply, I was cleaning the bike... I'm not sure if the gnat I found was dead or asleep, how the fook it got inside the twentyfirst roller after the link roller on the chain is a mystery as it wasn't there last time I cleaned it.

Never looked that close at the back of me helmet... Oh that helmet.... yes I agree they do on red riders lids... its caused by turbulance at speed sucking them in, blue bike riders never go fast enough to create that vacuum effect.
