if scotland achieved independance i'd be a very happy chap..... all the scottish can be kicked out and apply for jobs again in the motherland and get visa's... we can scrap daylight saving and the scots can have their own timezone...

Give it up Pierre, there is no conspiracy. 6 years on and nothing has been uncovered? It would just not be possible to keep the wraps on such a big operation if it really was done by the government.

Northwood was an idea that never went past the secret discussion stage involving only a handful of privileged government and military officials - the event itself never actually happened mate!

9/11 did happen and it involved thousands of people! You simply cannot compare the two, but I think you're thinking that intent in the Northwood case equals planning and execution in the 9/11 case... which it doesn't however you look at it.

Mate, you just have to get it out of your head that the towers collapsed from the bottom - they absolutely did not, there's no doubt whatsoever about this. They collapsed from the top, - watch ANY of the collapse videos and you can clearly see this. This absolutely contradicts a demolition collapse which requires explosive assistance from the bottom to start it off AND at predetermined key levels (not those little puffs of escaping air and dust though). Please don't take my word for it though cos I'm not an expert, however that is precisely what the demolition guy in your videos clearly explains, so you are rather going around in circles a bit here. Watch the relevant bits again, he explains it very clearly.

I know you really want the Americans to have done this but, seriously, don't you think the truth would have got out by now if they did, and if not, don't you think it would be far more in the public discussion area than it actually is? There's only one reason why it's not.....

Another lie that is banded around by the conspiracy sites is the reference to Silverstein doubling his insurance on building 7 a few days before the attacks. This is UNTRUE. The double insurance payout came from his lawyers suggestion that he tries claiming double because there were two separate attacks on two separate buildings resulting in building 7 being hit by falling debris from both towers at different times. He claimed this way - and the insurance company agreed to pay out! This is a fact... but I've lost the link to where I read it and now can't find it again :bang:

There are so many "theories" floating about that the truth gets washed away because it's not as "sexy" as the other possibilities. Why can nobody face facts that a bunch of extremist ragheads hijacked some planes and flew them into the twin towers??

All this bullshit about underground explosions and the US Government blowing up their own buildings is just pure horse-crap. The people who start all these theories are probably still out of their box on some obnoxious substance or just getting out of their mothers beds! Normal, well adjusted human beings will realise that there are lines which no Government/Military/Secret Service/Authority Body will cross.

Steamy, those lines have already been crossed previously. I keep mentioning operation northwood because although the plan was not carried through, the US army at a very high level prepared it. It was more than just an intention, and more than one person had to be involved into preparing such a plan before going to talk about it to a president.
Besides, George Bush stoll his presidency, Irak was invaded on a false pretense, Bin Laden was trained by the CIA, those are facts. Thinking that a mad body would plan and carry out such an atrocity isn't that far fetched. And I have my own bed w;;v
