2004 BASH Video

Having chatted with Ben and JAWS, we've decided not to produce a BASH video this year

In place we be looking to produce "BIRD 2004 Annual" video at the end of the year which will include footage from the BASH and any other notable BIRD event, piccies from all events i.e. Lord Derby, Matlock, Cloggers, BASH, End of Season BISH BASH BOSH, Mildnads Massiv Nut Allegy Campaign et al

This video should be available for sale/distribution in November making it an ideal Xmas pressie !

If anyone has video footage [or can take any] AVI format please or decent/amusing BIRD piccies, please contact Ben via the forum to arrange to send them to him.

Piccies should NOT be resized - the bigger and larger the better to maintain the quality required for video production

Knowing Ben's work this will be a quality piece of kit - add it to your Xmas list !!

Now lets explain this.....
I could knock together footage of the Bash weekend and once all the none entertaining stuff like putting up tents and more sweeping shots of the site,There would'nt be much to keep folk entertained for more than 15 mins.
Sooooooooooo-The idea of a year of BIRD came about and if you guys,armed with camcorders & digi cameras,use them when your out and about(Or even if your tarting,cleaning or fitting something to ya bike)-That way I can make a movie with loads of stuff and lots of laughs but still be all about us and the mighty Blackbird.
If ya don't put something in.....Then ya ain't get nothing out.

Anyone who has the inclination to bother should stick their DV footage on a CD as AVi format.

If no one bothers,then it's not worth me doing it.
Last years took me just over 35 hour to put together and although it was a bit rough and by no means a work of art,I did get some positive feedback from those who saw it.

Sounds like an ace idea to me M8, I'd kick of with footage of me being unable to attend the bash due to being off the road :B but alas I don't own a camcorder. :xm
