IMO it’s a totally impracticable design, clearly not suited to UK or Europe for the kind of use Jaws and myself use one for. As soon as you get anywhere above 8m-ish they can’t safely manoeuvre most of the villages and towns. Mine at 6.75m is quite long enough thank you, and that causes me a few issues on occasions. I believe I’m fortunate finding a design I’m happy to continue with, nearly 10 years now, making a few alterations just to fine tune it.
In other words “I haven’t got a million pounds”Been in a couple .. Onyx counter tops, quarry tile floor area etc etc... Nice but every one we have seen is not suitable for us..
If I had the disposable I would design it my self
Me!Why the fuck would we hang around with you lot if we did?
Ummmmmm.. 10 mtrs ? With a trailer that I occasionally use 14.5mtrs .. As a by the by, a £1m new RV, at 10 years old will sell for less than £100kIn other words “I haven’t got a million pounds”
If you take out the patients first,On a slightly smaller & much less expensive scale I always wanted to build my own camper van so have looked at home build ones for years, what strikes me as really daft is most people take a reasonably efficient ambulance that wont eat a gallon of a fuel per mile then fill it with a couple of tons of built in wood furniture then moan that it costs a bomb to run
FFS all it takes is a very quick look at how a caravan or normal bought motorhome is built to see that everything is as lightweight as possible

The easiest and quickest way to do a self build is buy a cheapo caravan and puts the guts in to a LWB Ducato or similar
Son in law has done 3 or 4 and Darrell has done a couple too. All done and sold for a BIG profiti worked on caravans for a short while & have mates that still do so could probably get all the bits I need dirt cheap, they save stuff from stripped vans to repair older ones
This is exactly the route I was going down but didn't know anyone had done it before
