Wingrack indicator quickie!!.

The indicators on the wingrack have very long leads with what appear to be connectors on the end, now, 'xcuse my ignorance but before I balls up the fittin' I presume you have to disconnect the normal indicators and connect the wires from them to the wingrack ones, i.e. there isn't somewhere already fixed on the bike to accept the wires from the wingrack ones, just can't see why the leads are soooo long, thats it thanks. Any hints/tips as to fitment GREATLY appreciated, have'nt put them on yet but will soon need the topbox to be brought into action.c7u8 :bow:

Spot on, Jono.............

..............you need to splice the wires from your rack into the wiring to the original indicators which you will have removed, no doubt. There are two wires for each side: there is a green one each side, this is common earth and there is a supply wire each side; blue on the right supply, orange for the left supply [these are the bike loom's colours just make sure you put the supply to the right wires on the rack - it may not make any difference provided there is no earthing of the wiring on the rack or rack light housings - if there is and you get it wrong, you'll have a very bright piece of wire for a sec then some smoke etc etc !!:}

Joking apart, is straight forward.
