Already done that, thanks, and tried another handset with the same result.
The box is in the attic with an ir extender hidden behind the wall mounted tv……….ruled out the ir extender all that is left is weak signal from the main box. It comes and goes, most of the time it is fine but occasionally plays silly buggers.
The most irritating thing is to put it on fast forward to skip the adverts and then not be able to stop it!
couples who sit at a table for six when smaller tables are available then get the hump when asked politely if they woukd mind moving to a smaller table to accommodate a larger group.
The idiot in the lime green Corsa who tried to cause an accident with a bus coming the other way before aborting their ridiculous attempt at overtaking me and then giving me a load of abuse. Strangely they hung back a long way when I got to a red set of traffic lights.

What really irritated me today was hitting a glorious drive and then a three wood to less than ten feet from the flag on the eighteenth and finding the ball in an unplayable position under the lip of the pin high bunker and ending up with a par five after having to take a drop.
Joiner having us buy the wood he needs & not turning up to do the job, refusing to answer emails & texts

The local job centre was supposed to call me today at 9.00 to process my job seekers allowance been waiting since 7th March. They eventually called me at 12.30 & apologised for the delay it was due to staff shortages. I've now got to wait until 29th and another call before any payment can be authorised then a further 4 days for any payment.
Was supposed to have an Openreach engineer call today sometime between 8.00 and 13.00 to sort out the fibre broadband. Contacted them at 16.10 to be told an agent will contact me shortly to rearrange another appointment.
And my mortgage has gone up...

Ebay sellers have irritated me today
First one that was supposed to post via Royal mail actually used Evri (Hermes) so after waiting in for the postie and not getting the parcel this morning as expected I was lucky to bump into the hermes man who knows me on the way back from town and got my parcel otherwise it would have been tomorrow and it was something I needed
The annoying part of all this is that I paid for post so expected it to come in the way stated, if it had been free post I wouldn't be bothered
The second was when looking for a bit of steel and getting all those 99p to £159 posts , not a single one had anything actually at 99p and most were overseas despite me searching for uk only
