Oh that's just feckin' peachy.... Another feckin' golferist.

Now we have two of them hiding in the bushes looking for their balls.... :timidos:
I can sort of understand Beaker’s association with Golf, old man with no friends, but at 44 ????? “Hmm, nice day today, shall I go for a blatt round the Countryside? Nah, I think I’ll smack some balls into holes.”

Hmmm….will I go for a blatt round the countryside, ruin the peace with my screaming exhausts, go round corners as if they were the shape of threepenny bits, pollute the air with the residue from ever decreasing fossil fuels, cultivate tinnitus, expect the emergency services to tend to me when I run out of talent….or….go for a walk in beautiful countryside with stunning views, get some great exercise, talk about nothing much with a mate, test my mind and skill in a really difficult discipline.

Hmmmmmm…….

The problems arise when youre in the woods dealing with other fellas balls!

In addition, I tend to golf early mornings when im off, then get a bike out and either waft about nicely, or beat it like a ginger stepchild. Usually depends how ive done at golf!

If I had to choose.... blatt. No contest.

Have a lie in then go for a Blatt, sell your golf bats to some sad non biking no life individual, or put another way, “Beaker” then you’ll have money for bling for your bike.

I cant fault the logic behind your post pal!

Regarding the mods, I always preferred pretty much original specs (Mr Honda created perfection) I loved the linked brakes, some don’t, I found the original seat more comfortable than a Corbin, heated grips were a good addition as was the satnav holder & electric/usb points

Mine has come with fully delinked brakes, corbin seat, usb volt port and a decent amount of mods. Think I listed them on an intro post I did?

Im going a bit further to make it my own. Just what I like to do with my bikes.
I agree, as a bit of a Honda fanboy anyway, Mr Honda aced this bike but since it was born, things have been designed and created to make it even better.

Plus as im basically just a big kid, I always make my bikes in to a bit of a 1 off. I hate having something that others have! Performance mods, looks, handling etc.

I was going to post a few pics but they wont load. File too large. Ill start reading how to make them work........
