Thought the sun always shone down south mate, better jobs, more money, congestion charges (oops).

Up here they recon it will turn wet again by Friday, just in time for the weekend!

BTW- Congestion charge - bad news for all 'cos it's working, so how long d'ya think before every other council, city or town implements it? :B Still at least we're exempt :} (for now!)

It's coming rather soon. I live on the edge of the Peak District National Park and there is talk about congestion charges for visiting it. Seems too many cars are turning up and damaging the environment. The idea is to make visitors use special busses and leave their cars in designated parks. I can see it now, you won't see one for ages, then three will turn up at once and cause even more problems. Makes you glad to have a bike!

So that means I'll have to lugg all mi climbing gear onto a buss and find a way of dragging it to an outgrop instead of driving straight to the nearest carpark to a crag.F%CK !!!!! all that walkin' will leave less time for climbing.
