According to Michael Owen, Jack Harrison was fouled by Solly March causing him to skew the ball into his own net
So,what did you make of there being two balls on the pitch during the build up to Leeds’ second?
Same happened with Irish/Scottish match and try was denied.
Again I didn’t see it but heard about it, I believe Gnonto got rid of the ball as soon as it came on the pitch & also it didn’t affect play
A friend who attended the game says that one of the Brighton subs was warming up & as he was running up & down he caught the ball with his foot & sent it on the pitch accidentally, if this is true then it would be harsh to cancel the goal

It’s a trick question..it isn’t covered by The Laws and as such is left to,referee discretion. In this particular case he let play continue which I agree with.
However, if I had been reffing I would have brought play back simply in the basis that it would have ruled out a goal,for,Leeds.
That is usually what refs do
