I just think that some posters ought to take a step back, take a deep breath and think seriously before launching prolonged vitriolic attacks on other members of the forum. I know we all take the piss at times but there have been some really good threads ruined by sniping at specific members.

I also think Jeremy is awwwright.......

I don't always agree with everything he says, but he is a fun guy to watch on the telly and I do like his sense of humour.

One thing we have to remember here is......... Being a car/motoring critic/journalist is a VERY subjective trade. It is subjective to the person doing the job as well as the person/people watching the show!

Many peeps out there (and in this BB forum) may consider themselves better journo's than Clarkson.... but by whose standards?? Your's, mine, someone else's??? I all depends on the person.......

Liking a particular car/bike is not like acknowledging a logical fact. e.g. the number 10 is always gonna be the number 10. However, liking a Porsche or Lamborghini, Suzuki or Honda is an EMOTIVE feeling and thus subjective to the person expressing the fact.
