Ok weather looking good so propose we meet at 9.30am at the texaco garage

at the corner of A49 (Tarporley Road )and the A533 (Northwich Road). then just head straight down the A49 to the Raven .
Happy to change time if majority want too , will be heading over to ponderosa from whitchurch if time allows .

Has anyone decided what time they are planing to be there ?, you can tell Grapefruits wife is in Spain, as he can't cook breakfast for himself, mind you looking at his picture on the other thread, you can tell he likes a big fry up !!,

Cheeky Bar steward its took a lot of work to get my tum from a hard flat pack to the more softer I think I like the word cuddlier version its just another reason why I wanted a blackbird something that would push a fat bastid along at a decent rate.

Although its iddn't help having my Daughter work at Petes chippy for a couple of years cant turn down good food at the right price can you.

No doubt the Lodge will be "Under new management" soon but I dont think I'll be rushing back there

I'll be in the Anderton watching England sat tea time so prob end up with Chinese from across the road dont know if the stomach can take all these days away from my normal salads

Anyways are you up for sunday

Yes I have a pass for Sunday, unfortunatley I might have her indoors on the back, (it's her weekend off) also, by the time shes cooked breakfast and got ready it's going to be 10:30ish before we leave, having beers on Saturday night drowning my sorrows over the England game won't help either.

Pablo - the Raven is on the r/bout where the A41/A49 splits on the other side of Whitchurch from Chester. Follow the Whitchurch by-pass and you come to a r/bout. Look left 100 metres before the r/bout - the lorry park will be covered in bikes! I won't be leaving until about 10.30 as I need to go and order some wheel bearings for the other outfit :cry:

Thanks BOS I know the Raven and truck stop etc, its the White Cafe I dont know where that is but, I will be going to the Raven the normal way from Chester as if Iam going to prees heath and will see peeps there

Right Rawlley, just found where you mean on the map so If I go thro Helsby frodsham sutton weaver etc I will come to the junction where it says there Is a garage so I take it thats the Texaco one, is the place called Dones Green ??? so could meet there say at 10 ish then onto the White Cafe then to Prees

A49 A533 Junction cafe

Dear All
Unable to check opening times of "Lets eat in" also known as the white cafe located north (warrington) of the A49 and A533 Junction as nipped over to Thetford for a bimble this morning, home in time for late lunch and tea & a slice of cake before heading down to the pub to watch the England match. Nice and full, sleepy eyes catching up on me now so hopefully see some of you in the morning

Many thanks, :yo: great day out some new roads I hadnt travelled down before tried to retace my steps to Broxton rounderbout with Martyn (son of grapefruits) and work mate Ainsley but took left instead of right and missed out four corners all together, never mind took the scenic route through Wrexham instead.
Loads of bikes out everywhere along the route not sure it was very busy or not dont usually head out on a sunday either with Family or watching the mighty Wires or at least they will be next year - honest.
BOS it was only meeeeeeeeee waving madly by the Carden Park hotel on your way back home very impressive set up you have there bet people were milling round it all day at the Raven do

Took the camera out for a ride again but it never saw sunlight hope Pablo and jake Aka Lord Snowdon and Patrick Litchfield have some good ones to show later
