Right. Those wishing to participate in this all dayer this coming Sunday 14th September (weather permitting!) should PM me or mail me for more details, however we propose to take in/stop off at the Brighton Burn Out at some stage and it'll be an early start.

Ride out pace = well, I'll be on my underpowered, ill handling and poorly designed fazer thou, so it'll be pedestrian pace of course :rolleyes::}

not sure about the "reformed" bit :t 'cos I find myself acting the hooly more than ever; just ask the copper who pulled me for the minging wheelie on the way out of Farnham on my way to the Lord Derby last week :blush:
PC - "Sir, I presume you realise that you have just commited a serious offence. I presume you are on your way to the Lord Derby?"
Me- "No officer, I'm on my way to visit my mother who I haven't seen since being knocked off my previous motorcycle by an uninsured motorist and the problem is I'm still coming to terms with the lighter machine; the front appears to lifts far too easily"
PC - "That's no excuse Sir, especially as you appeared to be in full control of the machine".
He then looks around my machine and notes everything is (o/e) standard and asks for ID. I show him my license and he returns it to me, followed by a 15 minute lecture about just about everything, followed by, given that there was no-one else on the road at the time he's letting me go with a warning! If only there were more like him :beer:

Respect Trotsky! You Sir are a star

so you're in the dog house now, but she'll get over it and it'll have been worth it in the long run :beer:

So given the situation, how about we ride to yours for a piss up then? (only joking of course :} )

Rideout date

After reading all the above replies to the thread, I have come to the highly intelligent (ahem :rolleyes: ) conclusion that Saturday the 13th would be a far better day to arrange this 'Southern Scratchers' rideout.

Far too many people are unable to attend due to spending the day at Brands or going to another venue/show.

But the main reason is that I'll be STUCK AT BLOODY WORK ALL DAY SUNDAY :mad: so you can guarantee the weather will be great, you'll have a great time etc etc :B :bandit:

Saturday will be a better day, more peeps could come, no Sunday drivers etc :f
