My new insurers need to speak to me regarding what? No idea??
I have sent the requested proof of no claims via an e-mail on the day of the new policy which was confirmed & accepted. I have been on the phone patiently waiting in the queue. 10 mins later & I got bored & hung up.
Sent email stating the 10 mins & not a very good start. That was pointless as it bounced back stating the they will respond in 48 Hrs.
They call it customer care?
I'm seriously thinking about packing up biking, after the off and complete lack of professionalism from overpaid/overpriced scrote bags allegedly working for you as a special individual. It's total corrupt bollox.

Update... Devitt rang me at work.
Apparently having two policies with them albeit by different insurers makes my no claims bonus invalid as they cannot interchange from one bike to another unless it's a multi policy.
I'm baffled?
So know I have to recontact them to discuss a multi policy option, even though they have already taken the money.
I'm still baffled?
When I stated that the online request forms didn’t mention that & should have stopped the process before any money had been transferred.
Giving me the option to go elsewhere.
Now I feel like I'm being held to ransom.

Been there, and had one

Sadly it’s true. I have 2 policies going for the 2 Motorhomes I have until one gets sold, and I cannot have NCB on both. However the introductory policy price is the same either way. Go figure.
Then I’ve got NCB on the car and on the multi bike policy.

Well, I gave them a ring & the total price for both bikes + merging the policies is far less than than I expected @ just under £200. Very happy Chappy.
