I'm not booking the west end for lunch as the Sunday roast ain't so good as used to be and it ties us to a time to return there.

Pace at the front tends to be hmmm how shall I put it

lets say making good progress

we use the buddy system so no one gets lost and it caters for everyones pace but if anyone wants to go quicker than the lead rider that's fine too.

From Westend cafe Llandovery

A483 to Beulah

left onto B4358 to Newbridge-on-wye

left onto A470 to Llangurig

first exit at roundabout onto A44

into Aberystwyth

park up at the seafront

cuppa n natter

leave Aberystwyth on the A487 to Aberaeron

left onto the A482 to Lampeter

continue on the A482 to Llwrda

turn left onto the A40 back to Llandovery

Gypsy will be along in a while to put maps of the rides on

From Llandovery take A40 to Abergavenny bus station

cuppa n natter

from Abergavenny take A40 to junction with the A479

turn right onto A479 towards Talgarth

to junction with the A438 turn right

to junction with the A479 left turn to Builthwells

Take the A483 back to Llandovery
