Shakey On Suzuki in BSB 2006

Shakey Byrne is riding in the 2006 BSB Championship with the Crescent Rizla Suzuki Team. Shame about the season he had in Moto GP,he seemed to have no luck at all. If all goes well and he gets back to his winning ways again hopefully he'll get another shot at it,only next time on a decent bike!

If Shakey were to get some decent luck for a change, then maybe his decision to go 'back' to BSB with Rizla Suzuki is a very clever one.

With his MotoGP experience, it's really not too far-fetched to believe that if the opportunity came up for a ride on the GSV-R GP bike ever came up - either as a wild card at Donny or as a stand-in should anyone be injured - then surely Shakey would be top of the tree for a ride? :dunno:

Especially as Rizla are rumoured to be sponsoring Suzuki's GP team as well next season and the fact the Aoki didn't exactly set the track on fire as Kenny Roberts Jnr's replacement 8l1nd

I actually HM plant supporter- but dissapointed with their end results this season! But the Shakey move to BSB's and Cresent Rizla team has def cheered up my daughter as she is a Suzuki fan and Rider!!!
