Question for the Football referees

Way I read it is states keeper cannot "handle" a deliberate passback.
He can use any other method than "handling" to deal with it.

If the passback is considered "accidental" then the keeper can handle it.

Is that not what it says?

Either way, the goalkeeper cannot pick the ball up….unless the deliberate pass back is a header!

If the6 did that and remained in that position a free kick is likely to be given.
