Assuming its on relatively level ground............
Turn off the ignition, make sure its in gear and you're ready for lifting.....
Turn the bars to full opposite lock and lift the bar nearest the ground with both hands.
The power should be provided by your legs so you need to squat down and keep your back straight........just like the weight lifters on the telly
1, 2, 3 and up she comes, if you're not sure, not very strong, don't feel up to it or just can't be bothered then get some help
