Ok i know this will sound farfetched but its true and i can still look you all in the eye without any embarrassment because this is a true and factual account of what is required.

In my office last year one of our guys had to have a major operation which has now caused him some problems in the bedroom area, so he has asked me to buy a penis pump for him, he is very shy and would feel embarrassed to go and ask anyone for this item, even the surgeons have told him to use one, however where they recommend he gets it from is where his neighbour works so he won?t go.

Anyway my question is do they work ???? :dunno::dunno:is it worth spending his money, i am sure there are lots of people on here who have a knowledge in such matters because most on here know everything about everything, so come on feel free to answer and don?t be shy.

How do you think i feel writing it

Now....about this 'friend' of yours ???? :-0).........No.....seriously..........

Just looked this up on the 'net....does it help at all ???

The truth is that pumps are only approved as a means of obtaining an erection and they are recommended solely to men suffering from certain conditions and diseases that prevent them from achieving a normal erection. People suffering from diabetes or heart conditions lack a healthy blood flow which would allow the penis to fill blood and become erect. This is why they must resort to the suction provided by the pump in order to expand the penis chambers and draw blood in.

A lot of men wonder: ?Do penis pumps work?? The simple answer is: ?No, they don?t?. Moreover, it would be a mistake to call this procedure safe. The pressure caused by pumps can easily tear apart the cells that make up the penis tissue and lead to the formation of blood clots within the penis. The suction that forces blood toward the head of the penis may also cut off the blood flow if the pump is used for extended periods of time.

they won't grow your nob which I expect is the real reason behind your question and your 'friends' ;-0)) enquiry

they can help you get a stiffy but you have to get a tourniquet on quick before it deflates.

Why doesn't 'he' try getting a better looking bird. Even a 3 phase Vax machine won't help him get it up for a dog!
