Openreach nobs working on the junction box down the road.. yanked my line...
Went down to let them know..... all nice and friendly, said oops, no worries we will sort it straight away.........
40 minutes later still nowt..... I went back and they had all gone home !
Contacted OpenReach who made lots of sorry type noises and then told me it would take three days to LOOK AT THE FAULT !
So we have no fones, no internet, nothing.....
All I can say is the O R blokes are just total arseholes

Er, 15 page!!

To be honest I am on the verge of giving up!! What is really annoying is that the builder of the property involved made no effort whatsoever to pass the relevant documentation to get Feed In registered to the property buyers. Talk about getting blood out of a stone......
