Just spoken with a solicitor i know through work, 'Brian Mason' of JMW's and he's happy to oblige his services to look after V5's should you wish to continue.

Bert, my financial state is not an issue (within reason), what about yours..

You always drag finances up in a situation like this........as you did with Ian, do you honestly think i'm gonna shit out over a bike i have insured FC which includes organised Track Days You think i'm behind the door.. I'm not likely to throw the gauntlet down if i had ANY doubt my machine would lose out..
If you wish to withdraw i'll not hold it against you one bit, infact i'd admire your courage to do so. As i said months back (but you didn't smell the coffee) i was in a fortunate situation to choose ANY mass produced bike i wanted.

This is getting rather silly chaps. what does it matter who's bike is the faster? we buy the bike of our own choosing for our own enjoyment, if you want to put them through their paces on a track then fine but making stupid bets makes it dangerous & the most likely outcome would be two bikes written off and two bikers likewise, you may well be excellent riders but neither of you are valentino Rossi.

I was asked if i could 'afford' to replace my bike....... NO i can't if truth be known.
NO i haven't WON ?125,000 but up until it was mentioned someone was thinking they were in control because of their un-taxed income..
As soon as they think someone can out do them they crap and run.
