New Blackbird spares business

As some of you may be aware, I have just started a new business, stocking and selling second hand Blackbird spares.

It seemed to me that Bird spares are a bit pricey, if you want to buy them new, and generally the description of a spare part from a breaker as "mint" leaves a little bit to be desired.

I have been buying every thing I can get my hands on lately and have built up quite a good stock. I have a three tier price system as to whether the part is in good, fair or poor condition, so you know what you are getting before you get it

One of the main advantages of this is if you should be unfortunate enough to join the summer of 2003 club and throw your Bird up the road, you don't necessarily have to go through the insurance system.
?600 excess + ?300 premium increase for the next three years + sorry sir but we cant insure you without any no claims + a category C write off for a bit of fairing damage = makes more sense to fix it your self.

Also if you have any parts in whatever condition Kicking around the garage that you want to get rid of drop me an e-mail. or visit my site AS ADVERTISED ON THE B.I.R.D. Bitz page.

The site is still under construction I am afraid but the e-mail link works and it should all be up together by the end of the week.

I would like to thank Bert and Jaws and Ben for there support in getting this new venture off the ground

Spotted that already, might get in touch real soon, still waiting to hear back from the assessors but the third party insurance said they would fix it by 'good will' - in other words they're about to admit liability since 'good will' and 'insurance' go together like 'love' and 'marriage'... Bundy style!!! They already enquired about me being able to work or not, I already had a private dick after me (yes!) to check if I was doing weightlifting or something, so basically they start to realise I'm gonna cost them a big wad of green!!! So to go back to the parts, I might need few plastic bits if the ones on my bike can't be polished and re-painted... Some of them are broken anyway so I'll need plastic for sure! Great idea mate, best of luck in your new venture!
(you should use the Google ads to advertise, great targeted marketing tool, look into it mate!)
