So do the ruskis. A Beluga was encountered in Norwegian waters years ago with a harness attached that they deduced was to carry and deliver limpet mines. Belugas are apparently very clever and are easily trained.

Not that clever if they allow limpet mines to be strapped,to them.

I saw Belugas in Vancouver Aquarium and they are very expressive with their mouths and the hump on their heads.
