Imagine what impact it has on the poor old car and lorry drivers........
You will be the last thing they are looking out for especially if you are all driving into the sun - this situation discourages drivers from using their rear view mirrors so do be aware that the road user in front will probably have even less of an idea you are behind.............
Give them plenty of room and distance and anticipate the unexpected.
