just had an email asking what time i managed to get to bed on sunday,, and it was 4 oclock on monday morning, bak up to get home at 10!
cos i had next to no drink on sat night my kettering mates decided they repay me for the gig! and so me n peewee hit the trough at 3pm sunday, by 9 oclock sunday nite (remember iv had 4 hours sleep out of 49 and still 7 to go) i had lost the power of speech, i couldnt even make gutteral grunting noises (i know im bad then) peewee ordered a pizza half n half, one side jalipeno the other cheese, i took a slice of the hot side and they said i had to be held down for my own safety:cry:
so by now i cant tell anyone wether i want a whisky or a beer, but luckily?? all my mates know its more likely i'll have a short:cry: my eyes are starting to shut on there own, and the harder i struggle to keep them open the more tricks they find to overcome my will, like, one eye shuts and as i concentrate on keeping it open, the other one has had 8 seconds kip?
i remember all the back patting for my ability to stay stood upright and not sway whilst my body was shutting down, but i actually thought i was stretched out in bed whilst i stood at the bar, and the arm waving had nothing to do with trying to balance, i was actually fluffing up my pillow!
56 hours from 8am on friday i crawled into bed and dreamed that peewee had driven us home (not likely cos that would have been a first) but hey! im home now.:yo:
