I'm sure they do, just a matter of getting the correct adaptor kit.

Jaws is now doing the Motech stuff.

Jono, are going for the top box rack as well ?

Already got the Motech top box plate and side fittings, got a Givi top box, but have just been offered some nice Kappa 40 litre panniers. Hence my question before I said yes. Thanks.

ERRrrrrr having just looked at the Motech rack, (Still in its wrapping), I have a small set of adaptors in a bag marked "Givi adaptor kit". Following Lebowski's link to netbiker it says Givi/Kappa adaptor kit. I presume one kit does both Givi and Kappa? Yeah.....must do. h1d1ng2

It's some years ago now but when I did mine I think it all depends on which holes you screw them bits in to, which panniers they will take.
My distructions was in German :bang: so I had to muddle my way through it my self ''that's probably how I came up with the idea of keeping the grabrail'' (I got the 2 upper brackets the wrong way around) :dunno:

i have a brand new set up for grabs and also a used set..both will fit kappa boxes

Are you on about the adaptors, I already have the sideracks, and does that mean Givi and Kappa boxes require different kits in order to attach them? :dunno:

Attempting to redeem myself....

The Motech site shows a kit to fit both Kappa and Givi

http://www.mo-tech.de/produkt/?produkt_id=409&PHPSESSID=6b38be4a304af9adf542cc68553b7b87

The fitting instructions suggest (to me) that you leave one part off for Kappa panniers.

http://www.mo-tech.de/anbauanleitungen/kft_00_152_105.pdf?PHPSESSID=6b38be4a304af9adf542cc68553b7b87

So (to me) you will be ok with a Kappa/Givi kit.

You could always email/ pm/ phone Jaws, he was going to or is now supplying Motech equipment.

Hope that helps.

The definitive answer is........the Givi and kappa fittings are one and the same :yo: , no difference, spoke to Motohaus the dealer today, same stock code for the adaptors and both givi and kappa panniers will fit, you will need different ones should you use say krauser or similar panniers.
