I was wondering if anybody on here had installed a K&T HID headlamp to their 'bird.
The wiring loom for it is simple enough and I've had it working off the bike but now that I've come to fit it, I'm struggling to find space for all the relays and ballasts that come with the loom. I've looked on YouTube but the sample installation instructions are based on a modern CBR600.

The ballasts will fit in the bottom of the nose cone and relays get squeezed into the space behind the lights.

noobie

Clueless in most things
The carbie as you know is a much tighter fit as it has the oil cooler almost in the nose limiting the amount of space. The outer edges is where my ballasts are but even then it is a tight fit so I know it can be done it's just more messy in there than say fitting it to an injection which has the oil cooler lower down and not near/in the nose.

Mikeyw64 did a projector conversion of a kind on his tango bird so it might work giving him a shout to see how he managed the extra kit needed?
