But I have a strange feeling Ipswich are going to lose at home to Huddersfield & Leeds are going to beat Southampton, probably just wishful thinking but the last day of the season always produces strange results.

Well, Leeds are not playing well enough to win but the ref is a disgrace.
You so nearly got that right.
I was right, it was wishful thinking, oh well, another year in the Championship won’t hurt….or will it?
I suspect a few will have to be sold if they don’t get through the payoffs.
Not according to the owners, my theory is this, when Radrizanni owned Leeds he hired Victor Orta as director of football, Victor in his wisdom signed several players & allowed them to have a clause in their contract allowing them to go out on loan if Leeds were relegated, currently we have about nine players out on loan at various clubs throughout Europe, if we were to get back in the Premier league at the first attempt, those loan players would want to return, remaining another season in the Championship would probably result in these players wanting out, sell them on & create a stronger position in the transfer market, also the new owners are committed to extending the stadium to 60,000 capacity if we are promoted, stay in the Championship & they save money.
