Has anyone ever heard of the Ring of Steel?

No, not the one in central London, but a bike service related brotherhood of some unusual description. This cropped up in conversation donw the pub last night and I knew nothing about it.

it's not a new website, nothing in search engines for it so it can't be important

But it maybe to some Yoda!?
Bikers Ring of Steel rings a bell, but not sure, although Hawk Kawaski was mentioned I think?
