For the small amount of time I actually get to watch telly, it's nice to do it in comfort.

Virtually never watch TV these days. Partly because there is so much crap on and partly because I'm doing a lot of home study at the moment (all part of the "escape plan"), so I just don't have the time.
I bought the boxed set of Black Sails and Season 1 of Westworld a couple of months ago and so far we've watched 2 episodes of Westworld. Mind you we did watch all of Vikings season 5 (part 2) over a weekend.

If it weren't for all the sport, history, natural life, engineering, crime, disaster investigation, cooking and car programmes I probably wouldn't watch any tv at all.

Coincidentally, as I type, Sky Q being installed. Didn't realise they would have to change the dish.

And can't believe that they have to drill a 10mm hole on the outside wall to tether a roof ladder to. It's a bungalow ffs. Engineer agrees, but he has no choice 'health and safety'.

At least he has put overshoes in when coming into the house. Seems like a nice chap. He has white coffee with one sugar and is happily munching away on my ginger nuts.

That's another one elf and safe tea, most of it isn't law just guidelines he would be able to freely ignore if the company wouldn't give him the sack for doing so

Yes its sensible to abide by the rules in most cases but law ..... nope !

I don't flipping believe this.......his ladders can't get to the dish to replace it so Sky are sending a Special Access Team out. It's a bungalow.

The engineer said he would have previously just walked up the roof and sorted it. Even I, who is scared silly of heights, has been up on the roof without any concerns. Not the engineers fault, he thinks it is as stupid as I do.

Sky have just called to arrange Special Access Team visit. I asked them to confirm that I wouldn't be paying for Sky Q until they delivered the service, the answer I got was 'if we can't install the service the contract is cancelled'.

Eh?

Ask them a question that is not on their flow chart and they haven't got a clue!

And bt have switched off the broadband and Sky haven't switched the new service on yet.

Grrrrrrrrrr

Er, the film is based on a true story.

The book is most likely a little more factual in its approach than the film.

Great book, cracking film.

Double errr.. The film is based on the book by the real life villain

Development for the film started in 1980, but did not progress until 1997, when the film rights to Abagnale's book were sold to Spielberg's DreamWorks.
