1968, Flight Lieutenant Alan Pollock in his 1 Squadron Hunter. Famed for buzzing the Houses of Parliament and flying under Tower Bridge in protest at defence cuts (sound familiar.?).

What rarely gets reported is that following that he then buzzed a number of RAF bases around London, most of which was done inverted at a height of around 200ft.
