Must be something in the air…today for the first time since we have been down here Mrs B jumped out of her chair and ran to the window saying in an excited voice ‘that’s a Merlin’.
And it was.
Two seat spitfires come over two or three times a day in summer (Hurricane less often) at around a thousand feet, do a loop over the town and then back up The Cuckmere Valley.
Its taken six years of intensive training but I am very proud of her.
