hit sunken manhole cover coming out of wigan today at 2_10pm:tosser:

bike down the road at a corner doing 15mph with me trapped between bike and kerb

totalled left side and oil pissing everywhere and my Heine Geri's ripped - covered in oil and grass and soil

saved my arse from some serious kicking thoughman8um

so be carefull because its a bit warmer - and watch out for christ sake

thats my second tumble in 2 yrs and i've been taking my time??

maybe god is trying to tell me something!!!!!!

get pictures hundreds of them the more the better, manhole , road, bike, gear the lot, and complain like fuck to the local highways, ask to see reports for the road, reports for the manhole, everything, roads have to be checked evry so other, the road i crashed on a few years was every 12 months, they were 4 days in with the check, push the bastids all the way and do take no for an answer.

all the left hand side forward of gearchange damaged but the crashbung and my fat arsed body saved the rest

woke up bruised to hell and keep having flashbacks to see if i could have done anything different - but it was there on minute and then bang! gone the next

if there is one thing i have learned from this - buy really good protective clothing cause the heine geri kit took all the sting out of it and my big nose tonked the inside of the visor - so a nose reduction is required!!!!!

Phoned wigan council and the excuses and bollocks starting alreadyd04l1ng

Alan, one bit of advice, go take lots of photographs of the sunken cover straight away, as I'll bet the council send someone out to repair it as soon as possible.
