Detailed instructions for JAWS fork rebuild

As you may have noticed I am posting fairly frequently as I've just aquired my first Blackbird and while the weather in naff going through all the jobs needed. Hope I'm not becoming a pain in the ass

CCT done
loom fix done

I am going to attempt a fork rebuild shortly using the JAWS kit.

Could anyone post a detailed step by step guide as to what to do in the correct order as I've never done a fork rebuild before inc. seals etc. Also do the forks need to be taken off the bike?

Doing the spring upgrade with the kit takes about 10 minutes and is VERY easy

No worries mate.. But you will not be getting anything from me ! I retired 18 months ago :-0)
Jaws lives on in the capable hands of Karen so it is her you will be dealing with mate..

I am happy to carry on giving support etc though so as already said, gimme a ring when you are ready to rock and roll @tu* ( just not on the 12th to 15th of this month nor on the bank holiday weekend cos I an gonna be just a tad ( !!! ) busy !
