Everton escape by having their ten point deduction reduced to six, effectively saving them this season, when the next lot of charges are heard, if guilty they will face a more severe points deduction however this will probably happen next year giving them time to save their season again, if a clubs illegal actions affect another club’s status then they should be relegated at the end of the season regardless of where they finish.
