Derek knows about coffee. Sure he will pop in soon. He's currently out breaking a Mustang in.

Nescafe? :-0)

I prefer Morrison's instant, it's probably a Yorkshire thing :-0)

We've a cupboard full of the latest (at the time) coffee gadgets. We found that the 'special' sachet/pots disappeared after a year or so. Although I believe there is an internet source of unbranded sachets. We only ever use the old percolator type machine with 'loose' ground coffee.

Beware of giving the type of machine which requires own branded refills. Just my opinion of course.

My much used Dolce Gusto was getting slower than a southerner on a red bird, so youngest daughter got me a dolce Gusto melody for my birthday, love these machines.

So many Baristas on a bikers forum

I'm no coffee expert but I have tasted coffees from all over the World & know what I personally like & I really like the coffee provided by my Dolce Gusto pods, if they're second rate coffee then so be it, what would people class as first rate coffee?
My mother in law once tried telling me that mellow birds was just as nice as my percolated coffee.

For a real Earthy coffee book a trip to the Dominican, then do the trip round the sugar plantations where you get the hospitality of a Haitian plantation worker :-0)
