I have my favourite tea cup & I will not let it be put into the dishwasher, I will rinse it out everytime I use it but I won't let the tanning stains be removed, Bev thinks this is disgusting & unhealthy, I say it makes the tea taste better, anybody else have any views on this?

I only drink three or four cups of tea a day, but I drink plenty of water [to try to keep my piss clear] when you consider all the artificial ingredients in most things nowadays I don't think many peoples insides would look particularly healthy.

Wolfie

Is a lunp
LOL LOL my works tea cup has bits of dried tea falling off into the bottom all the time, nobody is allowed to touch it.

"Caffeine, theophylline and tannin act as stimulants by inhibiting xanthine oxidase, an enzyme which removes cyclic AMP, the mediator of adrenaline and its analogues.

Some people are particularly sensitive to these stimulants and others consume surprisingly large amounts of tea, coffee, chocolate, cola, lager or red wine and yet fail to recognise the link to their symptoms.

It is therefore worth asking about consumption of these drinks when patients complain of symptoms possibly due to increased effects of adrenaline."

Ahh but....

Never mind about tea, its made with water and did you know:-

The water we drink is three billion years old

The average person will drink 75,000 lts of water in a lifetime

Of all the water on earth, only 0.3% is usable by humans,

There are 20,000 living organisms living in a glass of water

Water leaves the human stomach just 5 minutes after it has been consumed

More than three quarters of the human brain is made up of water

Human blood is 83% water

A person can for about a month without food but only about a week without water.

Also Allan

WATER...... It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 litre (about a quart) of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 2.2 pounds of E. coli bacteria found in feces, in other words, we are consuming 2 pounds of Shit every year from drinking water.

However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine (or rum, whiskey, beer or other liquors) because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermenting. And alcohol itself is used to kill bacteria.

WATER = Shit

RUM,WHISKEY, GIN & WINE = HEALTH

Free yourself from Shit, drink BEER!!! It is better to drink wine and talk Shit than to drink water and be full of Shit.

Aaaargh

I don't believe it, came home from work this morning only to find Bev has put my cup through the dishwasher :bang: you may think that this is no big deal but I specifically told her not to clean it, the reason being it is none other than my favourite Leeds United cup which only gets cleaned when Leeds lose, [so as you can imagine it was heavily tea stained] we have only got our biggest game of the season in two days time that could see us back in the Premier division, but now she has gone and diminished our chances by her thoughtless careless actions.

If we lose on Sunday she had better watch out cos I'll be Karchering her horse [with the turbo lance]
