Centurion helmets with press studs to keep your visor closed (sometimes).

Were the same weight as a paving slab, and cracked if you dropped them from anything higher than knee height.

My car of that era was a Morris 1300 'sport'.

Well, when I say sport, it had a sticker on the back saying that!

The air suspension made it like a bouncy castle all the time, great on bends

Yes bike shit included

I bought one from a dealer just under a year old. When I tried to trade it in a year later he would not even go outside to look at it. He just said there was no demand for them. I found out why when I had a good look at the rear subframe mounts.....two feckin years old and fucked! I did manage to find a fool to buy it thankfully.

Oh dear.. reading the lists I had them all over the years..
Also had and loved lakes pipes and sidewinders, steering wheel made from chain and chromed, Camero Z28 bonnet lump on the Vauxhaul 2 litre sloper body ( only the body was left as I fitted a straight 6 3ltr lump with a 5 speed crash box ), custom paint jobs, roofs lowered ( first one on a Mk II 1600 GT Cortina ), a transit that was done inside with horse hide, german block V6 transit ( was a 1600 when I got it ), oh.. SPQR gear shifter for all the early fords, Weller wheels ( never could afford a REAL set of ally wheels ) A Mk II Jag dash in a mini, oh and yes, in the days of CB one HAD to have a PA speaker !
