If you give me the post code and street name then I can get you the Land Registry INSPIRE data for your area.
It won't show you who owns what (you'll have to pay for that via the Land Registry website, as mentioned by TC) but it does show the boundary lines (providing that the land has been registered with the LR).

Jus to clarify - are you looking for boundary position or who owns/is responsible for what?
If the latter then there is no hard and fast rule despite rumours to the contrary. We only found out when we were selling our last place that we owned all the boundaries, including the one our neighbour had dutifully maintained for over twenty year. Which was about 150 meters long:eek:

Next door is having a new fence put up... Neither of us are 100% sure where our property line is

It is highly unlikely that you will find anything of sufficient scale to give an exact down to the inch location.

I had a boundary issue with our first property donkeys years ago - at the time the advice given to both parties was that it was either a) exactly in the midpoint of the houses (it was terrace) OR where any fence/wall has been for x years (forget how many). As the houses were exactly the same we were able to establish midpoint very easily.

Either way, the new fence has to be completely on the fence owners side of the property'(including posts) , and there is nothing in law saying what side of the fence you should get, although traditionally the 'non-owner' gets the 'good' side (knickers to that!!)

Whatever the out come ( which sounds as though it will only be guesswork ) there will not be any rows or acrimony.. I might have nicked a bit of theirs, equally, they might have nicked a bit of mine.. ( which is what we both suspect )
The fence is going up on the existing line no matter what
Both of us have lived here long enough to remember when we was not in the EU and both are pretty laid back about it all...... We suspect that somewhere in the ground are the remains of the original fence markers ... maybe they will turn up :)
