Well - sorry I wussed out early, but kept remembering my last ride in the dark - not good!! (got about halfway home before it got really dark at which point I had to lead as it turns out Ducati headlights make the standard Bird ones look like HID on speed!)
Really brilliant to meet you all. sorry again for skipping out early. just glad I met Tom (i think!) in the car park to say hi!!!
I did take a pic of a row of Birdies, but should have gone out in proper light as my camera really didn't manage that well!! but I think there were 8 birdies, a VFR and a Ducati there!! WOW!!! and on a school night!!
I'm not going to attempt to remember all the names - I think I have them all in my head, but some are sign ins and some are real names!! Just bril to meet you guys.
Hope to catch up again. I'll see if I can work out a Saturday that suits, or maybe somewhere a bit north of Bath next school night? Of course if we go a bit more south, we might collect a couple of the southerners too!!!

Well it's 11.10 and I've only just got in, the buggers had shut the A46 and their idea of a diversion was to go through Chippenham 
I reckon that's gotta qualify for the longest distance traveled (well for tonight anyway).

Got back Home at about 10.30ish. GPS took me all over the place to get out of bath but I ended up going home down the M4 Via Swindon.
Good to show my face (now you know what to expect!) and see you guys, sorry it took so long for me to get there but by the end it was definitely worth it.
Sammi, nice to say hello however brief it was and I'd definitely be up for another weekday meet if it was slightly further north (maybe Tetbury has somewhere nice as the roads arent bad..I will investigate). Wont be until late sep for me though!

Right time to go sleep off that lasagne (no it didnt become an item of clothing in the end...aint she great!! )

Wasn't that diversion fun? And there was another one just the other side of Chippenham (5 miles from home) that took us through the wild (and very dark) side of Wiltshire. Neh mind, all good fun.
